30 Day Return policy

For regular priced swimwear returns, we offer Full Store Credit - with No Expiration date.

Free return label if customer paid for the original outbound shipping label.

If we paid for outbound shipping because the total exceeded $99.00, the new store credit amount will have the outbound and return labels deducted from its total. Consequently, you’ll receive Free shipping again on your new purchase (if it exceeds $99.00).

If time is an issue, a new style/size purchase can be made, and we'll issue a Refund to original payment upon the return (minus the credit card transaction fees and shipping labels), and if the new purchase amount is the same- or more than the refund. If it's less, then the difference will be credited with store credit.

No Returns on any Accessories (Beach Bags, Jewelry, Towels, Bandanas) and No Returns on "Last Chance" Items and/or where indicated in the product description.

All returned items have to be in the same (new) condition they were sent, with ALL tags and Liners still attached, padding in place, and no stains.

If your item came in a Soft Package you can re-use the package for the return shipping. Please do NOT use Priority or Express mailers for the prepaid label we send you, or you'll be charged for the extra label fee.

Due to the differences in internet service and computer screen resolutions, some items may appear slightly different in size, color and texture in reality and does not constitute imperfections or damage of the item.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Chance Swimwear is not liable for any duties, taxes, customs charges or other fees incurred with international shipping. It is the client’s responsibility to investigate and understand these associated charges as well as their own countries legalities prior to purchase. If an item is refused delivery by the client on international orders for any reason, no refund will be provided and additional charges will apply.

So Adorable!

I bought this for my 13 year old daughter with the matching top and it is so adorable on! She loves the swimsuit and said it is the most comfortable bottoms she has ever had! She also loves the material and how it feels when wearing it.

So cute

I purchased 2 swimsuits for my daughter and she loves both. The material is so soft and the colors are vibrant. She also loves that they are reversible so she can change the look anytime. I did have to exchange the size on the first order but I was notified via e-mail the same day and the new size was shipped in the same week. Very fast and personal response. Having that personal communication was great. I will for sure order from Chance Loves again.
