- For regular priced swimwear returns, we offer Full Store Credit - No Expiration
- *Discounted Swimwear or Swimwear purchased with a discount code IS eligible for Store Credit as well, but $6.95 will be deducted for the pre-paid return label and outbound shipping fee- if free shipping was proved. This also counts for returns of different sizes of the same item that were purchased.
- If time is an issue, a new style/size purchase can be made, and we'll issue a Full Refund upon the return of the original item (minus the credit card transaction fees), and if the new purchase amount is the same- or more than the refund. If it's less, then the difference will be credited with store credit.
- No Returns on any Accessories (Beach Bags, Jewelry, Towels, Bandanas) and No Returns on "Last Chance" Items and/or where indicated in the product description.

All returned items have to be in the same (new) condition they were sent, with ALL tags and Liners still attached, padding in place, and no stains.
- Due to the differences in internet service and computer screen resolutions, some items may appear slightly different in size, color and texture in reality and does not constitute imperfections or damage of the item.
- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Chance Swimwear is not liable for any duties, taxes, customs charges or other fees incurred with international shipping. It is the client’s responsibility to investigate and understand these associated charges as well as their own countries legalities prior to purchase.
