• Always rinse your suit immediately after wearing it in salt or chlorine water.

• DO NOT USE A DRYER as this will cause damage to the fabric, elastane, and inner components.

• Hand wash in COLD water using very mild soap, shampoo or specialty lingerie detergent.

• Do NOT use Woolite, bleach, regular detergent or stain remover.

• Lie flat or hang to dry in the shade- not direct sun

• Do NOT wear in Hot Tubs!! The heat, chlorine and rough surfaces are extremely bad for any swimsuit.

• Swimming pools, hot tubs and prolonged periods of sun exposure will cause increased wear to your suit. Dark and bright colors will fade quicker, and is not considered a manufacturers defect.

• Avoid Rough Surfaces, as this will cause damage and pilling.
  
  
• Suntan oils may stain and can be harmful to the fabric of your suit.

• For regular priced swimwear returns, we offer Full Store Credit - No Expiration

• *Discounted Swimwear or Swimwear purchased with a discount code IS eligible for Store Credit as well, but $5.95 will be deducted for the pre-paid return label. This also counts for returns of different sizes of the same item that were purchased.

• If a second return is necessary for items purchased with store credit, and we paid for "free" outbound shipping because the total was over $99.00, the new store credit amount will have the outbound and return label deducted from its total

• If time is an issue, a new style/size purchase can be made, and we'll issue a Full Refund upon the return of the original item (minus the credit card transaction fees), and if the new purchase amount is the same- or more than the refund. If it's less, then the difference will be credited with store credit.

• No Returns on any Accessories (Beach Bags, Jewelry, Towels, Bandanas) and No Returns on "Last Chance" Items and/or where indicated in the product description. 
  

• All returned items have to be in the same (new) condition they were sent, with ALL tags and Liners still attached, padding in place, and no stains.

• If your item came in a Soft Package you can re-use the package for the return shipping. Please do NOT use Priority or Express mailers for the prepaid label we send you, or you'll be charged for the extra label fee.

• Due to the differences in internet service and computer screen resolutions, some items may appear slightly different in size, color and texture in reality and does not constitute imperfections or damage of the item.

• INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Chance Swimwear is not liable for any duties, taxes, customs charges or other fees incurred with international shipping. It is the client’s responsibility to investigate and understand these associated charges as well as their own countries legalities prior to purchase. If an item is refused delivery by the client on international orders for any reason, no refund will be provided and additional charges will apply.
